Morley Morley is a suburb of Perth located about 10 kilometres north of the city. After World War I, land in this area was subdivided and this became Morley Park Estate. The area stayed predominantly agricultural up until the 1950's. Starting in the 1960's there was a huge amount of activity in the area with many homes being built, roads being laid and commercial premises springing up. The name Morley commemorates Charles William Morley, a local settler/farmer from the 1860/70's |

Morley - Redemptoris Mater Seminary This is a small part of the Catholic Redemptoris Mater Seminary located at 26 Camboon Road. This place is totally outwardly unmarked so no-one would ever know what it is all about. I found the compound quite spectacular. November 2024. Photos Ref: MORL001 |

Morley - Coventry Village North Entrance Coventry Village used to be called Coventry Square. It officially faces Walter Road but the carpark is off Wellington Road north of Water Road and so that's its major entry point. This place opened in 2011 on the redeveloped site of a rather large (thus far unnamed) warehouse. The Village has between 150-200 stores and is a local shopping focal point. Pictured is the northern entrance. November 2024. Photos Ref: MORL002 |
